Mental health issues, heightened anxiety and suicidal ideation, cyberbullying, social media pressures, unprecedented learning loss, hot-button political issues, poverty, food insecurity, community violence… and that’s just to name a few.
But CLUBS are what help kids navigate through chaos, and ensure they have the simple things they need to take on the world.
86% of Club seniors applied for post-secondary education.
3 out of 4 kids say they can make a difference in their community.
Nearly 90% say they can express their thoughts and ideas clearly.
A Message from Galen This Giving Tuesday
It’s no secret that things are pretty tough in the world right now. But your support helps kids navigate through the chaos and ensures they have the simple things they need to take on the world — like a healthy snack after school or a caring adult to say:
“I believe in you.”
This Giving Tuesday, your donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias will give more kids here in Tulare County the meals, mentors and safe places they need to make their world a little less complicated.

Thanks to our community’s commitment to children and teens at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias this past year, Club kids throughout Tulare County had access to a safe and supportive community dedicated to providing them the resources and opportunities to become the best version of themselves.
While the world feels full of problems, solutions can be found inside Club walls every day—remarkable Club kids, like the ones you see here, whose experiences at the Club are changing their futures, and will positively impact the future for us all.
